National Honor Society
The National Honor Society is working hard on the Birthday calendar, Word of the Day, Faculty and Staff members of the month, and tutoring students in need of help.
As a member of the National Honor Society, I naturally like to help others and be involved in my school community. One way that the NHS does this is through our tutoring program. Each morning there are at least two girls at the "NHS Table" who provide students help with all subjects. Not only does this benefit the student, but the NHS member is able to have the satisfaction of knowing she has helped another student. The NHS girls do not know everything, but we are willing to help to the best of out abilites and when we do not know the answer, we are more than happy to help you look for the correct one. =]
Student Government Association (SGA)
The Student Government is a large part of Little Flower. SGA is made up of four officers- 6 freshmen, 6 sophomores, 8 juniors, and 12 seniors. All these positions are elected by the student body each year. The SGA is involved with many of the activities that take place here at LF. We usher dances, communicate students' ideas to the adminstration, as well as participate in other service activities. The moderator of the SGA is Ms. Gillespie.
