Hi. My name is Nicole Hinterberger. I’m a senior at Archbishop Wood High School. Over the past four years, I’ve been involved in so many things at the school. These include, bowling, softball, CSC, Mathletes, Student Council, Praise and Worship, newspaper, Medical Careers, ATOD, and of course, the FACE Program! I was even a cheerleader for a year but injury kept me from returning to the sport. Besides these school activities, I am also very active in other extracurricular and community things. I lector and sing at Masses at my parish and alma mater, St. Bede the Venerable. Since freshman year, I’ve played on Bede’s CYO High School soccer team and witnessed two Championship wins. I am a volunteer coordinator at Holy Redeemer Hospital both in St. Joseph’s Manor on Sunday mornings and in the pediatric rehab center on the weekdays. I’ve been on several mission trips over the past couple of summers, including Urban Challenge at the Romero Center in Camden, NJ and Homeworks in Charleston, SC. For fun, I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family, staying active, and eating! My favorite foods include – but are not limited to – mashed potatoes, pizza, and chocolate chip cookie dough ice-cream. I have not yet decided on a college but am planning on majoring in physical therapy.
